  • 1 Pack of wheat for kibbeh500 g
  • Ground beef600 g
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Fresh parsley and chives and mint red peppers, leeks to taste
  • Garlic and salt to taste
  • Olive10 unit(s)
  1. Hydrate the kibbeh in boiling water (enough to cover the wheat and leave some leftovers). Let it soak for about 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Chop the tomato, leek, parsley and chives and grate the carrot. Reserve
  3. Mix the already hydrated wheat with the other ingredients and stir well.
  4. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes in a medium oven at 180°C.
