- Milk450 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- sausage500 g
- Corn without water1/2 can(s)
- Pea without water1/2 can(s)
- Place the eggs, milk and oil in a bowl.
- Then add the salt and wheat flour.
- Stir constantly until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Finally, add the yeast, stirring gently.
- Book the dough and let's go to the stuffing
- Put the sausages to boil for 2 min then drain the water and cut the sausage into slices
- Place in a refractory add the corn, peas and tomato sauce mix everything
- In a greased and infarinhada shape put half of the dough in the shape
- Put the stuffing and then put the other half of the dough on top.
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 min at 180°C Then just take it out of the oven and let it cool and serve.
