  • Desalted cod, cooked and shredded500 g
  • Potatoes cut into slices and boiled6 unit(s)
  • Grated cheese100 g
  • Milk2 cup
  • Sliced onion lightly cooked in olive oil1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 mg
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Place the onions in a refractory forming a layer
  2. Add the potatoes and make another layer, sprinkle with shredded cod on top
  3. Cover the entire refractory, leave the last layer of potatoes
  4. Add the cream in a pan, black pepper, salt, butter and milk, and stir for 4 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture covering all the cod and potatoes
  6. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake until the cheese is browned. Ready.
