- Ricotta Cream1 tablespoon
- Salt1 g
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Put oatmeal in a container add the egg.
- Add pinch of salt, oregano
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl until you get a creamy mass.
- Put a drizzle of olive oil and bake on low heat.
- After ready add a spoon of ricotta cream and fold in half.
