  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • Milk powder1/2 cup
  • White chocolate200 g

  • Emulsifier1 tablespoon
  1. First, in a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for approximately 10 minutes at maximum speed, with the mixer still beating, add the milk and let it beat for a few more minutes.
  2. Soon after, turn off the mixer and add the wheat flour and baking soda, mix delicately with a whisk.
  3. Then, pour the dough on a greased shape with margarine and flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until it is baked.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pan, place the filling milk and the starch, mix until the starch is completely dissolved, then add the condensed milk and powdered milk, bring to a medium heat and stir constantly until it thickens.
  5. Soon after, turn off the fire and add the white chocolate and milk cream, mix until the chocolate melts completely, then reserve the filling.
  6. Then, in a mixer, put the condensed milk and the cream, beat on high speed for almost 10 minutes and then add the emulsifier, let it beat until you reach the whipped cream point.
  7. When the filling is cool, chop the strawberries and add to the filling, setting aside some for decoration.
  8. Finally, when the cake is already baked and cold, make 2 cuts and moisten the cake, put the desired amount of filling.
  9. Then cover the cake with condensed milk whipped cream and finish with strawberries, refrigerate for 5 hours before serving. Enjoy your food!
