Neapolitan cake

Na batedeira, bata as claras em neve, coloque as gemas, o açúcar, a essência de baunilha, o leite, a farinha e o fermento, batendo sempre.

In the mixer, beat the egg whites, place the yolks, sugar, vanilla essence, milk, flour and yeast, always beating.

Divida a massa em 3 partes iguais. Em uma parte, misture o chocolate em pó até ficar homogêneo, em outra parte junte o Nesquik até ficar homogêneo e em uma fôrma untada e enfarinhada, coloque as porções da massa, alternando as cores. 

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. In one part, mix the chocolate powder until smooth, in another part, add the Nesquik until smooth and in a greased and floured tin, place the portions of the dough, alternating colors.

Leve ao forno preaquecido 180° por 35 a 50 minutos ou até que ao enfiar um palito, ele saia limpo. 

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Retire do forno, deixe esfriar e desenforme. 

Get it out of the oven, let it cool down and unmold it.

Misture os ingredientes da cobertura e leve ao fogo médio até engrossar.

Mix the topping ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened.

Jogue em cima do bolo(eu coloquei uns moranguinho que tinha aqui)

Throw it on top of the cake (I put some strawberries I had here)
