- eggs (whites and yolks separated)5 unit(s)
- sugar2 cup
- vanilla essence2 tablespoon
- milk1 cup
- wheat flour3 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Nesquik3 tablespoon
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing0 to taste
- Topping: milk1 cup
- Topping: white chocolate200 g
- Topping: nesquik5 tablespoon
- In the mixer, beat the egg whites, place the yolks, sugar, vanilla essence, milk, flour and yeast, always beating.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. In one part, mix the chocolate powder until smooth, in another part, add the Nesquik until smooth and in a greased and floured tin, place the portions of the dough, alternating colors.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Get it out of the oven, let it cool down and unmold it.
- Mix the topping ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Throw it on top of the cake (I put some strawberries I had here)
