  • Sour cream200 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese5 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Put all the eggs, sugar and butter in the mixer and beat for the time to form a cream. Quite a long time. Gradually add the flour (sieve if possible) and incorporate the dough. Add the cream and then the grated cheese. After the homogeneous mass, place the yeast incorporating the mass. Pour in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour and place in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 25 to 30 min. Try sticking a knife in, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
