- Milk1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella to taste
- Ham to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Blend everything in a blender until bubbles form (about 5 minutes)
- Grease the microwave dish with margarine and wheat flour
- Microwave for 5 minutes at full power
- Remove and add tomato sauce
- Stuff with ham, mozzarella, tomato and sprinkle with oregano
- Put it back in the microwave for another 5 minutes.
- serve warm
