- Ground beef400 g
- Large Boiled Potatoes10 unit(s)
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Take the ground beef, add all the seasonings to taste, mix 1 egg and breadcrumbs, until the dough forms.
- Then a little hot oil let it brown well
- Then put it in the dissolved tomato sauce and let it cook.
- Make the mashed potatoes normally, add the curd, butter or margarine, salt and place on the bottom of a baking dish.
- On top of the meatballs with the sauces and finally the cheese and oregano.
- Gratin in the oven until the cheese melts.
