  • almond flour1 cup
  • Chickpea flour1 cup
  • Ghee Butter1 tablespoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • grated parmesan2 tablespoon
  • Cashew Nut Cream1 cup
  • Buffalo mozzarella50 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Rosemary and fresh thyme to taste
  1. For the dough: mix the flours, the butter, 1 egg and the Parmesan, until it forms a dough.
  2. Arrange the dough in a removable background shape (18 cm), make holes with a fork, and take it to pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  3. Stuffing: beat in the blender 1 egg, the milk cream (I used cashew nut, but it's optional) and the buffalo mozzarella. Then add the salt, nutmeg and herbs.
  4. With the pre-baked dough, place the stuffing on the base and put it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
