- Chickpea flour1 cup
- Ghee Butter1 tablespoon

- grated parmesan2 tablespoon
- Cashew Nut Cream1 cup
- Buffalo mozzarella50 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Rosemary and fresh thyme to taste
- For the dough: mix the flours, the butter, 1 egg and the Parmesan, until it forms a dough.
- Arrange the dough in a removable background shape (18 cm), make holes with a fork, and take it to pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Stuffing: beat in the blender 1 egg, the milk cream (I used cashew nut, but it's optional) and the buffalo mozzarella. Then add the salt, nutmeg and herbs.
- With the pre-baked dough, place the stuffing on the base and put it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
