- Buffalo Mozzarella150 g
- cream cheese150 g
- Thinly sliced loin cup80 g
- Arugula Leaves to taste
- Olive oil to finish to taste
- Spread tomato sauce over the pizza dough, then add the cream cheese, buffalo mozzarella and lastly, the slices of loin cup.
- Take to bake in preheated oven until the dough is crispy. Remove from the oven, place the arugula leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
