For pasta

1 packet of cornstarch biscuits

4 tablespoons of margarine

For the filling

1 can of condensed milk

1 box of sour cream

Juice of 2 lemons

Lemon zest to taste

Modo de Preparo da Massa 

1.     Bata as bolachas maisena no liquidificador ou no processador até obter uma farinha fina.

2.     Em uma tigela, misture a farinha de bolacha com a margarina, com as pontas dos dedos, até obter uma massa homogênea.

3.     Forre o fundo e a lateral de uma forma de fundo removível com a massa.

4.     Leve para assar em forno médio preaquecido por 10 a 15 minutos.

5.     Retire do forno e espere esfriar.

Dough Preparation Method

1.     Beat the cornstarch cookies in a blender or food processor until fine flour.

2.     In a bowl, mix the cookie flour with the margarine, with your fingertips, until you get a homogeneous mass.

3.     Line the bottom and side of a removable background pan with the dough.

4.     Bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

5.     Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.

Modo de Preparo do Recheio 

1.     No liquidificador, bata o leite condensado, o creme de leite e o suco de limão, até obter uma mistura homogênea.

2.     Coloque sobre a massa de bolacha já fria e decore com raspas de limão a gosto.

3.     Leve à geladeira por cerca de 4 horas.

4.     Sirva gelada.

Stuffing Preparation Method

2.     Place over the cooled cookie dough and decorate with lemon zest to taste.

3.     Take it to the fridge for about 4 hours.
