Butter125 g
Cream cheese500 g
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Lemon zest and juice3 unit(s)

Grind the cookies with the butter until they form a wet crumb.
In a shape with a removable bottom, arrange the cookie dough with your hands until it forms a mold of its own shape.
Make holes in the dough and bake for 10 minutes in medium oven.
For the filling, in a mixer, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon zest and juice, beat everything until it is aerated.
Pour the mixture into the cooled cookie dough and put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
Garnish with lemon zest, unmold and serve.
