Com os limões sem casca, (e a pele branca) e os caroços adicione no liquidificador junto ao ovos, o leite, o oléo e o açúcar e bata muito bem.

Add the peeled lemons (and the white skin) and the pits to the blender with the eggs, milk, oil and sugar and beat very well.

Passe a massa para uma tigela com uma peneira para tirar toda a poupa do limão.

Pass the dough to a bowl with a sieve to remove all the lemon juice.

Após isso adicione a farinha e mistura com a ajuda de um fuê.


After that add the flour and mix with the help of a fuê.


Acrescente o fermento e misture levemente.

Passe para uma forma untada e enfarinhada no forno já pré aquecido a 180° por 45 minutos ou até assar.

Transfer to a greased and floured mold in an oven already preheated to 180° for 45 minutes or until baked.
