Sour cream100 ml
Butter2 tablespoon
Condensed milk1 unit(s)
Eggs3 unit(s)
Coconut milk200 ml
Lemon Jelly1 unit(s)
Lemon, smooth rind1 unit(s)
Lemon zest to taste

In the mixer, beat the finished dough, milk, eggs, gelatin and butter. Beat for 3 min and reserve the dough.
In a pan put the cream, butter, condensed milk and the lemon juice. Always stirring on low heat until it boils.
In a greased shape put the beaten dough and take it to the preheated oven 180 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
Unmold the cake and place on a plate. Sprinkle the filling all over the cake. Decorate with lemon zest. Just delight yourself 😋😋😋😋😋
