- Green corn (from the cob 1 cob for 1 cup)6 cup

- Sugar2 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Water1 cup
- grated coconut3 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients (except coconut) in a blender for 2 minutes.
- With the blender off, add the grated coconut and mix.
- Grease a rectangular baking dish with coconut oil
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
