- Hot dog sausage500 g
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Bread500 g
- Margarine/butter1 tablespoon
- Milk120 ml
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil1 to taste
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Straw Potato1 to taste
- In a pan add the potatoes chopped into very thin slices that the cooking is faster, add a dessert spoon of salt and let it boil until it softens. In another pan add the sausages and cook for about 10 minutes.
- After cooking the potatoes remove the excess water, add the margarine, the milk and stir until the puree is homogeneous. Cut the sausages into slices.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the sausages and mix. Add the sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the edges of the bread, on a platter add a little of the sauce (without the sausages) make a layer of bread, add the mashed potatoes, then the sauce with the sausages, make a layer of bread again, add the rest of the sauce with the sausages, the mashed potatoes, cover with the mozzarella, bake for 30 minutes
- Lastly, add straw potatoes and it's ready to serve.
