  • 1 can of drained corn1 can(s)
  • 1 can (same measure) of whole milk1 can(s)
  • 1 can of sugar1 can(s)
  • A little more than half of the oil can (180ml/200ml)1 ml
  • 1 can of corn flour1 can(s)
  • 3 eggs3 unit(s)
  • 1 can of wheat flour1 can(s)
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Beat everything in the blender and lastly put the yeast.
  2. Wash the Corn Straws or, if you prefer, leave them in hot water to improve handling, and then dry the Straws well, grease the mold and cover with the Corn Straws.
  3. Put the dough on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. Makes 2 shapes of 15×8 cm
