- Water or milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and gradually add the flour. Mix until you get a smooth dough, moist but not sticking to your hands. Put it to rest in the roast (already greased) for about 30 minutes. Then bake in a high oven for approximately 10/15 minutes.
