- Ground beef | 1 kg
- Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Garlic head | 1 unit(s)
- Olive oil or oil | 2 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika | 1 coffee spoon
- Green smell | to taste
- Tomato Sauce Packet | 1/2 unit(s)
- Corn | 1 can(s)
- Potato | 1 kg
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Salt | to taste
- Milk or cream | 3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese | 100 g
- Pot of Cottage cheese | 1 unit(s)
Recipe
- Cook the potato in salted water until soft. Discard the water and still hot, put milk and butter, knead with a fork until it turns into a puree.
- Pan on the fire, put olive oil and put the ground meat. Do not stir, so as not to form too much water. When it starts to stick to the pan (making a golden brown in the bottom) mix and give a good browning in the ground meat before adding the garlic and onion. Stir, add corn, tomato sauce, salt, parsley. Done, just assemble.
- On a platter, place the ground beef, spread the cream cheese on top, place the mashed potatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the cheese for 15 minutes at 220°C. Ready!
