- Blueberries3 tablespoon
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Coconut Flour1/2 cup
- Culinary sweetener2/3 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Grease a pie pan with butter.
- Cut the apples into slices and place in the pan.
- Add the blueberries (pictured) and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Mix the flours with half a cup of your favorite culinary sweetener and the yeast.
- Pour this mixture over the apples.
- Beat the 3 eggs with 2 to 3 tablespoons of sweetener. Sprinkle over the flour.
- Melt the butter and pour over the eggs.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
