  • Blueberries3 tablespoon
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • Coconut Flour1/2 cup
  • Culinary sweetener2/3 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Grease a pie pan with butter.
  2. Cut the apples into slices and place in the pan.
  3. Add the blueberries (pictured) and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Mix the flours with half a cup of your favorite culinary sweetener and the yeast.
  5. Pour this mixture over the apples.
  6. Beat the 3 eggs with 2 to 3 tablespoons of sweetener. Sprinkle over the flour.
  7. Melt the butter and pour over the eggs.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
