- Almond flour (or other oilseed)1 cup
- Water or plant milk1 cup
- Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Start by mixing all the ingredients in the blender, the dough is very liquid.
- Grease a baking sheet, flour it and then pour in half of the dough.
- Put the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 35 minutes. Serve!!
