  • Oat flour90 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract4 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese30 g
  • Corn to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the flour, egg and oil until you form a dough that you can shape.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts, grease your hands and take one part, open the dough in a round shape and lift one edge like an esfiha, repeat this process with the other.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the dough is dry.
  4. Remove from the oven, put the tomato sauce, corn, cheese and oregano on top, put it in the oven again for 5 min for the cheese to melt.
  5. Serve yourself then.
