  • Oat flour2 tablespoon
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Breadcrumbs or farofa to taste
  1. Cook the manioc well and crush, forming a puree;
  2. Add an egg, oatmeal and seasonings, mix well;
  3. Grease your hands with olive oil, make balls and add the stuffing of your choice. I used mozzarella cheese, but it's delicious to stuff it with chicken too.
  4. In a bowl beat an egg, and pass the manioc balls, and then pass the farofa or breadcrumbs;
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
