- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Seasonings to taste
- Breadcrumbs or farofa to taste
- Cook the manioc well and crush, forming a puree;
- Add an egg, oatmeal and seasonings, mix well;
- Grease your hands with olive oil, make balls and add the stuffing of your choice. I used mozzarella cheese, but it's delicious to stuff it with chicken too.
- In a bowl beat an egg, and pass the manioc balls, and then pass the farofa or breadcrumbs;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
