Ham and Cheese Pie From Frying Pan

Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o leite, a batata, a margarina, a farinha, o queijo parmesão, sal e pimenta até homogeneizar. Despeje a mistura em uma frigideira antiaderente untada, tampe e cozinhe em fogo baixo por 5 minutos. Espalhe o presunto, a muçarela e tampe novamente. Cozinhe por 10 minutos ou até firmar e polvilhe com orégano. Sirva a torta na própria frigideira e, se desejar, acompanhada de salada.

Beat the eggs, milk, potato, margarine, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased nonstick skillet, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Spread the ham, the mozzarella and cover again. Cook for 10 minutes or until firm and sprinkle with oregano. Serve the pie in its own skillet and, if desired, with a salad.
