- 100% cocoa powder1 cup
- Boiling Water1 cup
- Brown rice flour1 cup
- Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
- Chocolate Tablet 50% p top170 g
- Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl in the order they were placed in the ingredients section, mix until smooth, the cups I used are 180 ml
- Grease a 18 cm diameter shape with a hole in the middle with olive oil and cocoa.
- Take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 min or use the toothpick test
