  • wheat flour2 cup
  • baking powder1 tablespoon
  • salt1 to taste
  • ground beef1/2 kg
  • small onion1 unit(s)
  • tomato1 unit(s)
  • small chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • can of peas1 unit(s)
  • pitted olives1 unit(s)
  • green smell1 unit(s)
  • oregano1 unit(s)
  • pepper1 unit(s)
  • grated cheese1 unit(s)
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients in a blender. For the stuffing, fry the meat as usual. In another pan, fry the onion, tomato, pepperoni, peas and olives, cut very small. Mix with the ground beef and, still with the fire on, add the chopped parsley, oregano and pepper to your liking. Grease a medium baking pan with margarine or butter and flour. Place half of the dough, on top of the stuffing and then the rest of the dough. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
