- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Onion to taste
- Water1 cup
- Soybean oil to taste
- Start by washing the zucchini and tomato well. Reserve.
- In a pan put a thread of oil and the garlic, salt, chimichurri, shoyo, onion and ground beef.
- Add water and sauté the meat well. Leave it on the fire until the water dries the meat is cooked.
- In a refractory greased with oil, place all the zucchini.
- Now cover with the ground beef you just prepared.
- Place the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Spread the tomato on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 minutes.
- Serve while still hot.
