Green Zucchini3 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Mozzarella Cheese100 g
Ground beef500 g
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Chimichurri to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Onion to taste
Water1 cup
Soybean oil to taste

Start by washing the zucchini and tomato well. Reserve.
In a pan put a thread of oil and the garlic, salt, chimichurri, shoyo, onion and ground beef.
Add water and sauté the meat well. Leave it on the fire until the water dries the meat is cooked.
In a refractory greased with oil, place all the zucchini.
Now cover with the ground beef you just prepared.
Place the mozzarella cheese on top.
Spread the tomato on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve while still hot.
