- 1 can of sugar (measurement of a can of corn). can(s)
- 1 can of corn flakes. can(s)
- 1/2 can of soybean oil. can(s)
- 3 whole eggs. l
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder. tablespoon
- margarine and wheat flour for greasing to taste
- Drain the corn and use the can for measurements.
- Grease and flour a cake tin with a hole.
- Preheat the oven.
- Place the corn (already drained), milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
- If you want, you can add two tablespoons of grated coconut.
- Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times.
- Pour this dough into the form and take it to the medium oven.
- Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes
- Do the toothpick test and observe a medium golden tone, to know that the cake is ready.
- Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding.
