1 can of sugar (measurement of a can of corn). can(s)
1 can of corn flakes. can(s)
1/2 can of soybean oil. can(s)
3 whole eggs. l
1 tablespoon of baking powder. tablespoon
margarine and wheat flour for greasing to taste

Drain the corn and use the can for measurements.
Grease and flour a cake tin with a hole.
Preheat the oven.
Place the corn (already drained), milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
If you want, you can add two tablespoons of grated coconut.
Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times.
Pour this dough into the form and take it to the medium oven.
Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes
Do the toothpick test and observe a medium golden tone, to know that the cake is ready.
Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding.
