- Chickpea flour2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter5 tablespoon
- Corn2 can(s)
- Cow or plant milk600 ml
- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Dough: mix with your hands: the chickpea flour + almond flour + eggs + butter + salt until you reach the texture to shape the dough.
- Line a quiche shape leaving the layer very thin.
- Stuffing: Saute 2 cloves of garlic in butter. Then add the milk and oatmeal and stir until it thickens in a pan.
- After thickening, add 1 can of corn without the water + the other can of corn (beat in the blender along with the brine that comes in the can). Mix all the ingredients and pour into the quiche mold. Sprinkle grated cheese for fixings and bake in medium oven until golden.
