  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  1. In a blender, mix eggs, bananas, oatmeal and cinnamon.
  2. After the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast.
  3. Grease the mold with coconut oil (or other fat of your choice).
  4. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 200°C.
