  • Raisins1 to taste
  • Cinnamon2 tablespoon

  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  1. Peel and cut apples and pears into strips. In a bowl mix the apples, pears, cinnamon and raisins. Reserve
  2. Sift the wheat and mix with the cup of sugar and the yeast. Reserve
  3. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork and add the sugar spoon. Reserve
  4. Melt the butter and set aside.
  5. Assembly: in a removable ring form place the pear and apple slices with cinnamon and raisins. Place the dry ingredients on top to cover the fruit. Gently pour in the eggs and then the butter to cover the dry ingredients. Bake in oven at 180° for 40 minutes. The oven should now be heating up.
