  • 70% semisweet chocolate300 g
  • Honey4 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk400 ml
  • Oat flakes2 cup
  • Coconut oil or other vegetable oil4 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar6 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Strawberries and mint leaves to taste
  1. Dough: process all the ingredients until it forms a wet farofa and line the bottom and sides in a removable bottom shape.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Filling: Melt chocolate and mix with honey and coconut milk.
  4. Pour over the pie and take it to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Once firm, decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.
