- 70% semisweet chocolate300 g
- Honey4 tablespoon
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Oat flakes2 cup
- Coconut oil or other vegetable oil4 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar6 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Strawberries and mint leaves to taste
- Dough: process all the ingredients until it forms a wet farofa and line the bottom and sides in a removable bottom shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
- Filling: Melt chocolate and mix with honey and coconut milk.
- Pour over the pie and take it to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
- Once firm, decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.
