Functional Banana Pie

Em um recipiente, bata os ovos até espumar. Adicione a farinha e o açúcar ou xilitol. Misture, inicialmente, com uma colher e, em seguida, amasse com as mãos. Por fim, acrescente o fermento.
Em uma forma untada com óleo de coco (usei uma forma de fundo removível), molde a massa no fundo e laterais da forma. Recheie com as bananas cortadas em rodelas polvilhadas com a canela em pó e mais açúcar, se desejar.

In a bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add the flour and sugar or xylitol. Mix initially with a spoon and then knead with your hands. Finally, add the yeast.
In a greased shape with coconut oil (I used a removable background shape), mold the dough on the bottom and sides of the shape. Stuff with sliced bananas sprinkled with ground cinnamon and more sugar, if desired.

Com o restante da massa, faça rolinhos e distribua por cima das bananas, formando um quadriculado.

With the rest of the dough, make rolls and distribute over the bananas, forming a square.

Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200 graus por 15 minutos, aproximadamente.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.

Observação: Minha forma é grande, então fiz “uma receita e meia.
