- Butter2 tablespoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Cognac3 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Separate the yolks and whites.
- Beat the egg whites and set aside
- Mash the bananas and set aside
- Mix the yolks and sweetener well. Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Add the milk, oat bran, cornstarch, mixing well. Add the yeast and continue mixing.
- Add the snow whites and mix gently.
- Pour into a greased and floured form.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes. prepare the cover
- Mix the cocoa, cognac and starch with the milk at room temperature until it dissolves.
- Bring this mixture to a boil until it thickens.
- With the cake already baked, pour the icing and enjoy.
