FUBA CAKE WITH GUAVA DROPS

Bater no liquidificador, os ovos, o leite e o óleo.
Acrescentar o açúcar, a farinha de milho e a farinha de trigo aos poucos. Não deixando de bater.

In a blender, beat the eggs, milk and oil.
Add the sugar, corn flour and wheat flour little by little. Not stopping hitting.


Desligar o liquidificador. Adicionar o fermento e mexer bem.
Colocar a massa em forma untada e enfarinhada.
Coloca sobre a massa a goiabada em pedaços e empurra para que a massa cubra os pedacinhos.

Leva ao forno médio (180ºC) por 40 minutos.
