- Put the wheat flour for kibbeh to soak for approximately 3 hours, then drain and squeeze the flour.
- Mix the ground beef, butter, chopped onion, salt, pepper and mint, before frying, if you prefer, pass through a grinder or food processor before frying.
- Roll in the shape of a kibbeh and then fry in hot oil.
