- Recipe
- 4 large eggs. l
- juice of 2 oranges. l
- 1 cup (tea) of oil. l
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour. l
- 1 cup of full sugar. l
- 1 tablespoon (soup) of full yeast. l
- orange zest. l
- Beat the eggs, orange juice and oil in a blender.
- Then add the wheat and sugar and mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Lastly add the yeast, stir for a few more minutes and place the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape with a central hole.
- Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 40 minutes and it's ready.
