- demerara sugar or sweetener1 tablespoon
- 📍For the filling:0 l
- low-fat yogurt1 unit(s)
- passion fruit1 unit(s)
- sweetener to taste0 to taste
- skimmed milk powder2 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
- 📍For the dough: Beat the egg whites, add the other ingredients, place in silicone molds and bake for 25 minutes (or until golden brown)
- 📍For the stuffing Blend all ingredients in a blender, leaving the xanthan gum for last. (Note: I put the filling after having baked the pie dough). On top, just the passion fruit pulp, it's up to you to sweeten it or not.
