Boiled cassava500 g
Sausage500 g
Minas cheese200 g
Cottage cheese5 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Butter1 tablespoon
Onion1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)

Mash the cooked cassava and season it with salt, black pepper and butter.
Sauté the sausage with onion and tomato and season with salt and black pepper
Place a layer of cassava puree, a layer of curd sausage and finish with another layer of cassava puree.
