  • Ground beef500 g
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Water100 ml
  • Potato500 g
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Milk150 ml
  • grated cheese1 unit(s)
  1. In an already heated pan, fry the ground beef, after seasoning it with onion, garlic and seasonings of your choice.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and water and let it cook for 15 minutes and set aside.
  3. In another pan, cook the potatoes until soft.
  4. After the potato is cooked, mash it until it becomes a paste.
  5. In a pan add the mashed potato, butter and milk and stir well. Enjoy and check if you need to adjust the salt and set aside.
  6. On a platter, make layers. The first of mashed, in the middle the ground meat and on top of the mashed again
  7. Finally add the grated cheese, and oven for another 15 minutes. And it will be ready!
