- Boiled Cassava500 g
- Hot milk1/4 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Desalted and shredded beef jerky250 g
- Coriander to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Black Pepper to taste
- Charque cooking water1/4 cup
- Curd cheese or mozzarella1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Mash the cassava with the aid of a fork, add the milk and butter, taking it to low heat for 3 minutes, set aside.
- Place a thread of olive oil in a pan over low heat, add the onion, tomato and cilantro, after sautéed add the charque with the black pepper, also add 1/4 cup of the charque cooking water so the stuffing doesn't stay dried up.
- Assembly: Put a layer of puree, then the stuffing, cover with another layer and sprinkle the cheese.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C to brown the cheese.
