- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- 80 percent fat butter200 g
- Salt to taste
- Shredded chicken with hearts of palm to taste
- Beaten egg yolk2 unit(s)
- Place the flour and butter in a bowl and mix with your hands.
- Add the cream and work the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands.
- Take the dough and line the molds put the stuffing
- Take a part of the dough and roll it out on a smooth surface with a rolling pin.
- Make circles the size of the molds and cover
- Brush with egg yolk and place in a shape
- Bake in the oven for 29 minutes or until golden.
