  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Wheat3 tablespoon
  1. Saute garlic clove, onion in oil.
  2. Cut the eggplant into cubes, without the skin, bring to a boil with water and salt, cook just to soften a little.
  3. Drain the eggplant, and sauté in the onion and garlic. RESERVE
  4. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the wheat and beat. Add the sautéed eggplant and stir. It has to be a creamy consistency.
  5. Heat the oil in the frying pan and take the eggplant dough with a tablespoon and put it to fry. Let it brown and remove, wsta ready to serve
