- Eggplant500 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)

- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Wheat3 tablespoon
- Saute garlic clove, onion in oil.
- Cut the eggplant into cubes, without the skin, bring to a boil with water and salt, cook just to soften a little.
- Drain the eggplant, and sauté in the onion and garlic. RESERVE
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, add the wheat and beat. Add the sautéed eggplant and stir. It has to be a creamy consistency.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan and take the eggplant dough with a tablespoon and put it to fry. Let it brown and remove, wsta ready to serve
