- Start by preparing the pie base. Let's crush all the Maisena biscuits in a blender or food processor
- Once crushed, place in a large container where you can handle well.
- Add the margarine little by little until it forms a little resistant dough.
- Now take a baking dish preferably with a removable bottom and spread the dough well on both the bottom and sides. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C until it is cooked through and very hard.
- Now let's get to the mousse part! Whisk the rest of the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Transfer the mousse to the cookie form, add lemon zest and refrigerate.
- The ideal point is that the mousse is at cutting point. Enjoy this delight.
