  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Sour Cream2 can(s)
  • Maisena Biscuit Pack1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 unit(s)
  • Optional Lemon Zest to taste
  1. Start by preparing the pie base. Let's crush all the Maisena biscuits in a blender or food processor
  2. Once crushed, place in a large container where you can handle well.
  3. Add the margarine little by little until it forms a little resistant dough.
  4. Now take a baking dish preferably with a removable bottom and spread the dough well on both the bottom and sides. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C until it is cooked through and very hard.
  5. Now let's get to the mousse part! Whisk the rest of the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Transfer the mousse to the cookie form, add lemon zest and refrigerate.
  6. The ideal point is that the mousse is at cutting point. Enjoy this delight.
