Dough: I used ready-made dough from Boa Sorte so you can use whatever dough you prefer and follow the directions on the back of the package.

For the syrup (inside): 2 cups of milk; ½ cup (tea) of powdered chocolate; 1 tablespoon of butter; 1 cup (tea) of sugar; 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

For the topping: 1 box of condensed milk; 2 boxes of cream; ½ cup of Nescau or any other chocolate.

Massa:

Para a calda (dentro):

Leve ao fogo e mexa tudo até engrossar no ponto de chocolate quente, ela não pode ficar muito grossa e nem muito rala.

Depois faça furinhos no bolo e banhe ele com essa calda, de preferência fria, pra evitar solar.

Take it to the fire and stir everything until it thickens to the point of hot chocolate, it can't get too thick or too thin.

Then make holes in the cake and bathe it with this syrup, preferably cold, to avoid sun.

Para a cobertura:

Mistura o leite condensado, creme de leite e o achocolatado e mexa bem até ficar no ponto de brigadeiro, bem grossinho mesmo.

Depois de frio é só jogar sobre o bolo e levar na geladeira para comer gelado pq fica maravilhoso.

To the roof:
.
Mix the condensed milk, milk cream and the chocolate and mix well until you get the brigadeiro point, really thick.

After cold, just throw it over the cake and take it to the fridge to eat ice cream because it looks wonderful.
