Easy Blender Chicken Pie

Coloque o peito de frango em uma panela de pressão com água até cobri e sal, após levantar fervura deixar cozinhar por 30 minutos e desfie o peito refogue com alho cebola e temperos a gosto e reserve. 


Place the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with water until covered and salt, after boiling, let it cook for 30 minutes and shred the breast, saute it with garlic, onion and seasonings to taste and set aside.



MASSA: em um liquidificador coloque o leite o ovo o óleo bata por uns 3 minutos acrescente a farinha o sal e o queijo ralado bata até obter uma massa lisa não tão grossa, coloque o fermento e bata levemente.


MASS: in a blender, place the milk, the egg, the oil, beat for about 3 minutes, add the flour, the salt and the grated cheese, beat until you get a smooth dough, not so thick, add the yeast and beat lightly.

Coloque metade da massa na assadeira untada com óleo e farinha de trigo  forrando o fundo acrescente o recheio e coloque a outra metade da massa por cima, se desejar pode polvilhar queijo ralado por cima, leve ao forno de 30 a 40 minutos. 

Place half of the dough on the baking sheet greased with oil and wheat flour, lining the bottom, add the stuffing and place the other half of the dough on top, if you wish you can sprinkle grated cheese on top, bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
