Wheat Flour2 cup
Sugar1/2 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Margarine100 g
Baking Powder1 teaspoon
Condensed milk / For the Cream1 unit(s)
Glass of milk1 unit(s)
Gem1 unit(s)
Cornstarch3 tablespoon
Large sliced apples/ topping2 unit(s)
Corn Starch1/2 tablespoon

Add all the ingredients and knead until you get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to your fingers.
Let it rest for 20 minutes and then line the false bottom shape.
Take it to the oven and let it bake until golden.
Cream / Blend all ingredients in a blender and heat until creamy.
If you form lumps because of the cornstarch, put everything in the blender and beat again.
Pour over the baked dough.
Place apple slices according to your preference on top of the cream. Reserve
Coverage/ Blend the orange juice with the starch and sugar in a blender.
Take to the fire until you form a smooth cream.
Pour over apples and refrigerate. Develop and serve your guests they will love it 🥰
